On April 27, 2020, the Italian Ministry of Health shared the invitation of the Italian “Alliance against cancer,” which is intended for all the interested companies that wish to participate in the CAR-T research project.

In December 2018, the Italian Parliament allocated €5 million for the year 2019, and €5 million for the year 2020, to the Scientific Institutes for Research, Hospitalization, and Care (IRCCS) which are part of the Italian “Alliance against cancer,” for the treatment of tumors.

An important contribution to the path aimed at further enriching of the panorama of potential opportunities related to the development of therapy using CAR-T cells comes from a collaboration between academic institutions and companies operating in this sector. Thus, the “Alliance against cancer” invites interested companies that work in the relative field to participate in the project.

See the full news here. See more details (project info, participating IRCCS, general scope, requirements) on the page of the “Alliance against cancer.”

The call for participation ends on May 24, 2020.
